- All personnel are to report any suspicious activity to the company and local law enforcement officials immediately.
- Communication of any suspicious or emergency event shall be made by any expedient means to an immediate supervisor. Options may include cell phone, two way radio or CB radio.
- Supervisors are to insure that appropriate procedures are in place to communicate emergency messages to all facility and to drivers on the road.
- Supervisors should ensure that all drivers are aware of procedures to be followed to report any unexpected occurrence with their equipment, load or route.
